AMARILLO, Texas, July 6 -- The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center-Amarillo issued the following news release:
John C. Baldwin, M.D., president of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC), announces the arrival of the initial class of third-year medical students to the Permian Basin.
"This is truly a historic day for our university and for the Permian Basin.
