ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 8 -- Dietmar Jurgen Stahl, Einbeck, Germany, has developed a promoter increasing the pathogen-inducibility of genes in plant. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,557,268 on July 7.
The patent has been assigned to KWS SAAT AG, Einbeck.
