WASHINGTON, July 8 -- The office of Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), a senior member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced that she included millions of dollars for Washington state Army Corps of Engineers projects in the fiscal year 2010 Energy and Water Development Appropriations bill.
