Article: DETROIT DESIGNATES FIVE NEW NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL CORRIDORS FOR REVITALIZATION FUNDS

DETROIT, July 6 -- The office of the Detroit Mayor issued the following news release:

The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization (ONCR) has finalized its selections, designating five new neighborhood commercial corridors as ReFresh Detroit! districts.

The five new ReFresh Detroit! districts and their boundaries are:

1. Focus: HOPE - West Davison Ave. from Rosa Parks Blvd. to Dexter, 313-891-77092. Southwest Detroit Business Association - W. Vernon St. from Patton Park to Clark Park, 842-0986

3. Woodward Avenue Action Association - Woodward Ave. from McNichols to Eight Mile Rd., 313-575-8324

4. Joy Southfield CDC - Joy Rd, from Southfield Fwy. to Evergreen, 313-581-7773
