EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., June 30 -- East Stroudsburg University issued the following news release:

Each year, 10 fifth graders from Prince Hall Elementary School are identified as Prince Hall Scholars based on their academic performance. These students continue to be evaluated throughout their middle and high school years and ultimately two of the scholars are selected to receive the ESU/Prince Hall scholarships upon graduating from high school. Each scholarship covers the costs of tuition, room and board, books and fees at ESU for four years. To date eight Prince Hall students are currently enrolled at ESU and eight Prince Hall scholarship recipients have (since the partnership is inception) ...
