ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 13 -- Helmut Holzer, St. Johann, Austria, has developed a binding mechanism for providing a pivotably moving connection of a sports shoe. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,556,280 on July 7.
The patent has been assigned to ATOMIC Austria GmbH, Altenmarkt im Pongau, Austria.
