ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- Timothy S. Simpson of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., Gregory Coppola of Dana Point, Calif., Ron Borrego of Denver, have developed a flow limiting inlet structure to collect water. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,556,158 on July 7.
The patent has been assigned to Geomatrix Consultants Inc., Newport Beach, Calif.
