Article: Sen. Corker Introduces Automobile Dealers Assistance Act

WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tennessee, has introduced the Automobile Dealers Assistance Act of 2009 (S. 1253), legislation that would "address reimbursement of certain costs to automobile dealers."

The bill, introduced on June 11, was co-sponsored by Sens. Bill Nelson, D-Florida; Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire; Olympia J. Snowe, R-Maine and Roger F. Wicker, R-Mississippi. It was referred to Judiciary Committee.
