ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- Theodore Warren Bernelot Moens and Maury Richard Sponchia, both of Delta, Canada, and Ronald Chi Hong Lee of Vancouver, Canada, have developed a subscription management system for data communication network. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,562,129 on July 14.
