Article: Rep. Kucinich Introduces Administrative Law Judges Retirement Act

WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich, D-Ohio, has introduced the Administrative Law Judges Retirement Act of 2009 (H.R.2850), legislation that would "provide for enhanced retirement benefits for administrative law judges."

The bill, introduced on June 12, was co-sponsored by Reps. Steven C. LaTourette, R-Ohio; John M. McHugh, R-New York; Barney Frank, D-Massachusetts and Raul M. Grijalva, D-Arizona. It was referred to the Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
