Article: CLASSES AVAILABLE FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIANS AT RIO

RIO GRANDE, Ohio, July 15 -- Rio Grande Community College issued the following news release:

All pharmacy technicians in the region who are not yet nationally certified can now take a few classes in order to prepare for the national test.

A new law in Ohio is requiring all pharmacy technicians to pass the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam by April 2010. This is creating challenges for many excellent pharmacy technicians in the region who are very skilled at their work but have never studied for the national test before.
