BATON ROUGE, La., July 16 -- Louisiana State University issued the following news release:
An assistant food engineering professor in the LSU AgCenter's Department of Food Science and Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering will serve as a keynote speaker during an upcoming workshop in Michigan addressing biological issues for siscowet lake trout in Lake Superior.
Subramaniam Sathivel will speak during the workshop, titled "Exploring the Potential for a Siscowet Lake Trout Fishery," scheduled for July 28 at the Ojibwa Casino Resort in Baraga, Mich.
