ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 17 -- Raymond V. Damadian of Woodbury, N.Y., William H. Wahl of Smithtown, N.Y., Hank Hsieh of Berkeley, Calif., Gordon T. Danby of Wading River, N.Y., John W. Jackson of Shoreham, N.Y., Jevan Damadian of East Northport, N.Y., Luciano B. Bonanni of Dix Hills, N.Y., Mark Gelbien of Levittown, N.Y., and Keith Saboe of Melville, N.Y., have developed a magnetic resonance imaging system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,560,928 on July 14.
