ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 17 -- James C. Keeven and William Hiner, both of O'Fallon, Mo., Lloyd Herbert King Jr., of Chesterfield, Mo., Michael Belgeri of Ellisville, Mo., and Frank Vlasaty of St. Louis, have developed a twist-on wire connector. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,560,645 on July 14.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A twist-on wire connector having a finger friendly unbiased cushioned cover that covers not only the normal hand gripping region but at least part or all of the normal non-hand gripping region of the twist-on wire ...
