Today, as the House Energy and Commerce Committee continued consideration of H.R. 3200, the Democrat plan to national our healthcare system, Congressman John Sullivan offered a common sense, good government amendment that is aimed at stopping wasteful and inefficient government spending in our health care programs. Despite opposition from Chairman Waxman, the Sullivan amendment passed committee with bipartisan support by a vote of 29-27.
