ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- Biprodas Dutta of Silver Spring, Md., Ian L. Pegg of Alexandria, Va., Robert K. Mohr of Washington, and Jugdersuren Battogtokh of Arlington, Va., have developed a method of drawing high density nanowire arrays in glassy matrix. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,559,215 on July 14.
