GENEVA, July 20 -- Roger J. Hajjar, the U.S., and Wolfgang Ch Poller and Henry Fechner, both of Germany, have developed a targeted ribonucleic acid for the treatment of heart failure.
The patent has been assigned to Nanocor Therapeutics Inc., Chapel Hill, N.C.
