SOUTHEAST QUEENS community residents and government officials welcomed new neighbors to Jamaica Avenue when Affinity Health Plan hosted the grand opening of its new community service center on Thursday, June 25. The center, located at 168-22 Jamaica Avenue in the heart of downtown Jamaica, will assist in addressing the healthcare needs of low-and-moderate income Queens' residents.

According to Affinity Health Plan, the community service centers were established as a way of bringing their programs and services closer to the people they serve.
