WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md. (8th CD), issued the following news release:

Today, Congressman Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) voted to pass the Department of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2010.
