ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 24 -- Akira Yamamoto of Nara, Japan, Yasuo Sugimori of Nabari, Japan, have developed a condenser microphone and method of manufacturing substrate therefor. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,564,985 on July 21.
The patent has been assigned to Hosiden Corp., Osaka, Japan.
