WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Bill Cassidy, R-Louisiana, has introduced a resolution (H. RES. 616) "Congratulating the Louisiana State University baseball team for winning the 2009 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I College World Series."

The resolution was introduced on July 8, was co-sponsored by Reps. Rodney Alexander, R-Louisiana; Jr. Charles W. Boustany, R-Louisiana; Charlie Melancon, D-Louisiana; Steve Scalise, R-Louisiana; John Fleming, R-Louisiana and Anh "Joseph" Cao, R-Louisiana. It was referred to the Education and Labor Committee.
