LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 21 -- University of Louisville issued the following news release:

Reynolds Lofts is a historic preservation success story.

Two University of Louisville buildings were recognized by Preservation Louisville Inc. July 21 as being among the most historically significant in the city.

Reynolds Lofts at Third Street and Eastern Parkway made the organization's 2009 Top Ten list of preservation successes, while Myers Hall at Brook Street and Broadway made its corresponding Top Ten list of most endangered historic places.

Preservation Louisville, a citywide, non-profit organization, works to promote preservation of Louisville's historic resources through education and advocacy.
