ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 29 -- Eui-Yeul Park, Tamas Kosa and Bahman Taheri, all from Hudson, Ohio, and Roy Miller of Akron, Ohio, have developed liquid crystal ski goggles with lens assembly. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,567,306 on July 28.
The patent has been assigned to AlphaMicron Inc., Kent, Ohio.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A goggle includes a lens assembly which comprises a front lens, a rear lens spaced apart from the front lens, and a liquid crystal device disposed on one of the lenses.
