ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- Cheng-Hsuan Hsu, Chia-Wen Hsu, Tsung-Wen Chiu and Fu-Ren Hsiao, all from Hsin-Tien, Taiwan, have developed an antenna. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,567,211 on July 28.
