GENEVA, July 30 -- Keiko Ide and Yoshio Yoshida, both of Japan, have developed a titanium-containing emulsifier.
The patent has been assigned to Henkel Technologies Japan Ltd., Tokyo.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention explains a "titanium-containing aqueous resin composition having excellent coatability, excellent film formability and excellent adhesion to bases, which is stable for a long time.
