ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 31 -- Jason Gerold and Thomas McPeak, both of Shakopee, Minn., and Douglas Duchon of Chanhassen, Minn., have developed a syringe plunger locking mechanism. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,566,326 on July 28.
