ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 4 -- Chih-Heng Su of Kao-Hsiung, Taiwan, and Hung-Chun Yeh of Hsinchu, Taiwan, have developed a controller for sensing a heavy load. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,545,126 on May 12.

The patent has been assigned to Anpec Electronics Corp., Hsin-Chu, Taiwan.
