JUNEAU, Alaska, Aug. 4 --The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following public notice:
Body of Notice:
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) made a preliminary decision to issue Air Quality Control Construction Permit AQ0166CPT04 and AQ0270CPT04 to BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc., for the Central Compressor Plant (CCP) and the Central Gas Facility (CGF), respectively. CCP and CGF are aggregated sources for purposes of Prevention of Significant Deterioration classification. The modifications at the CCP and CGF are classified PSD major modifications under 18 AAC 50.306 for sulfur dioxide.
