ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 8 -- Mads Detlef Sorensen, Troels Koch and Signe M. Christensen, all from Kobenhavn, Denamark, Christoph Rosenbohm of Copenhagen, Denmark, Jesper Wengel of Odense, Denamrk, and Daniel Sejer Pedersen of Cambridge, Great Britain, have developed a strategy for the synthesis of locked nucleic acid derivatives. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,569,575 on Aug. 4.
The patent has been assigned to Santaris Pharma A/S, Hoersholm, Denmark.
