In the matter of the petition of TC3 TELECOM, INC., ACD TELECOM, INC., ARIALINK TELECOM, LLC, CLEAR RATE COMMUNICATIONS, INC., DAYSTARR LLC, MICHIGAN ACCESS, INC., and TELNET WORLDWIDE, INC., for arbitration of interconnection rates, terms, conditions, and related arrangements with Verizon North Inc. and Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems.
