ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- Chih-Yuan Wang of Taichung County, Taiwan, and Heng-Yi Chang of Taipei, Taiwan, have developed a thin film probe card. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,573,277 on Aug. 11.
The patent has been assigned to Wintek Corp., Taichung, Taiwan.
