CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, N.J., Aug. 12 -- Cape May County issued the following news release:

Freeholder Ralph E. Bakley, Sr. announced today that the Cape May County Library is the first place winner of the New Jersey State Library's video contest "Solving Life's Problems." On Monday, August 17th at 2:30 p.m. State Librarian Norma Blake will present the Library with an award at the Main Library located at 30 Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House. Everyone is invited to attend this festive celebration where the winning video will be shown.
