ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 14 -- Gregory Eydelman of West Hempstead, N.Y., Raymond Damadian of Woodbury, N.Y., and Anthony Giambalvo of Kings Park, N.Y., have developed a magnetic resonance imaging antenna. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,573,432 on Aug. 11.

The patent has been assigned to Fonar Corp., Melville, N.Y.
