ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 14 -- Tsutomu Sato, Izunokuni, Japan, has developed a toner cartridge. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,574,163 on Aug. 11.
The patent has been assigned to Kabushiki Kaisha Toshiba, and Toshiba Tec Kabushiki Kaisha.
