ISD to track global warming's effects on dermatologie health

Prague, Czech Republic - One of the 21st century's most important medical issues is the effect of climate change on human health, according to the International Society of Dermatology (ISD), which plans to focus intensely on the issue in the coming years.

At the recent 10th International Congress of Dermatology, held in Prague, the ISD announced a major commitment to work with medical, scientific and political leaders around the world to address how global warming may impact the incidence of dermatologie conditions.

The congress is held every five years and draws thousands of members of the international dermatology community.
