Histologic features of amelanotic melanoma varied, ambiguous
New York - Amelanotic melanoma varies in its histologic features, and most of these lesions are transected at the base when biopsied, according to a recent study.
The superficial removal of amelanotic melanoma adds to the ambiguity of the potential prognosis of lesions.
In a recent study headed by Shane Meehan, M. D., and Wang L.
