By Senior Chief Mass Communication Specialist (EXW/SW/AW) Jon McMillan, Maritime Civil Affairs Team 104, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Public Affairs

Just four months after establishing a maritime civil affairs unit (MCAU) at Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), the unit has fully integrated with the staff and is serving as the command and control element for three MCA teams deployed to HOA.
