MOBILE, Ala., June 1 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Southern District Of Alabama issued the following press release
Stacy Levette Parker plead guilty to 2 counts of submitting fraudulent tax returns and making false claims against the Government. From 2005 through 2007, Parker prepared and filed approximately 36 fraudulent tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service. Those tax returns involved the theft of the identity of others. Today she plead to one count of submitting fraudulent tax returns and identity theft in the filing of a return of Lemarcus Bonner.
