WASHINGTON, Aug.17 -- ADM Tronics Unlimited Inc. (OTCBB: ADMT), Northvale, N.J., has filed its Form 10-K on July 14 for the 2008-2009 fiscal year ending March 31 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Net loss for the 2008-2009 fiscal year was $8.89 million, up from $2.89 million for the previous fiscal year (2007-2008).
Loss per share for the 2008-2009 fiscal year were $0.16, up from $0.05 for the previous fiscal year (2007-2008).
