ABOITIZ One Inc. on Wednesday said it has formed a joint-venture firm with a Hong Kong-based forwarding company to expand its supply chain solution business.
In a statement, the Aboitiz Transport System Corp. (ATS) unit said the joint venture with Kerry Logistics Network Ltd. of Hong Kong (KLN) would be called Kerry-Aboitiz Logistics Inc. (KALI).
KLN is the leading Asia-based provider of logistics services and supply chain solutions.
It operates in over 300 cities globally, 23 countries worldwide and serve over 127 cities throughout mainland China.
