Sued waste giant for knowingly interfering with clients' contracts
A local waste company has scored an important legal battle against one of the industry's giants.
Winnipeg-based Johnson Waste Management has been awarded a judgment of nearly $12,000 from BFI Canada after suing it for "intentional interference with economic and contractual obligations" with one of its clients, Top Line Auto Supply Ltd.
