ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 17 -- Guanbin Xing and Fuqi Mu, both of Issaquah, Wash., Xiaodong Li of Bellevue, Wash., Hui Liu of Clyde Hill, Wash., and Hujun Yin of Seattle, have developed an apparatus for subcarrier selection for system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,573,830 on Aug. 11.
