CLOVIS, Calif., July 13 -- The Clovis City Council issued the following meeting minutes:

Meeting called to order by Mayor Armstrong

Flag Salute led by Councilmember Ashbeck

7:02 Roll Call: Present: Councilmembers Ashbeck, Magsig Whalen, Mayor Armstrong

Absent: CouncilmemberFlores

7:03 Councilmember Flores took the Dais

7:04 PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION TO SENIOR SERVICES SUPERVISOR LYNN BAWDON FOR HER YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY.

Motion by Councilmember Ashbeck, seconded by Councilmember Magisig, that the items on the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion Carried 5-0 with the exception of F1.
