ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 18 -- Jon R. Gutknecht of South Burlington, Vt., and John B. Ovitt of Franklin, Vt., have developed a process for making yogurt cream cheese. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,572,473 on Aug. 11.
The patent has been assigned to Franklin Foods Inc., Enosburg Falls, Vt.
