ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 18 -- Timothy P. Tully of Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y., and Jerry Chi-Ping Yin of Madison, Wis., have developed a method for assessing the effect of a drug on long term memory formation. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,572,434 on Aug. 11.
