ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 18 -- Kuan-Tung Li, Chun-Tien Liu and Yueh-Chun Lee, all from Taichung County, Taiwan, have developed a toner cartridge with a container defining a central axis. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,577,386 on Aug. 18.

The patent has been assigned to General Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd., Taichung County.
