ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 22 -- Satoshi Kobayashi, Nagano, Japan, has developed an ink cartridge attachment. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,575,300 on Aug. 18.

The patent has been assigned to Seiko Epson Corp., Tokyo.
