MT. LEBANON, Pa., Aug. 10 -- The Mount Lebanon Commissioners issued the following meeting agenda:

2. Consideration of the minutes from the Regular Meeting held July 13, 2009.- motion passed

3. Consideration of Resolution No. R-18-09 concerning athletic field improvements. - motion passed

This resolution instructs the manager to:

1. Discuss with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) the possibility of extinguishing the restrictive covenant on the McNeilly Property in order to allow its sale to a private developer to increase the community's tax base.
