GENEVA, Aug. 25 -- Masamichi Okada, Yoshiaki Kurono, Hitoshi Amano and Shotaro Yamaguchi, all from Japan, have developed a stabilized transglutaminase and process for its production.
The patent has been assigned to Amano Enzyme Inc., Aichi, Japan.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention explains a "transglutaminase having excellent stability. Also disclosed is a process for producing the transglutaminase. Specifically disclosed is stabilized ...
