Tom Marrie was appointed dean of Dalhousie Medical School at Dalhousie University, starting Sept. 1.Dr. Marrie returns to his alma mater after spending a decade at the University of Alberta, where he is currently dean of the university's faculty of medicine and dentistry. He chaired U of A's department of medicine before being appointed dean in 2004.
